I am very happy to announce that the new issue of the Pervasive Labour Union zine, 'Fed Up!', is finally(!) out and can be consulted here:
Many thanks to contributors @eliotberriot, @Gargron ,, @entreprecariat (and indirectly @rra and @fcr), @pip Julia Janssen, Inge Hoonte and Louisa Bufardeci, Gui Machiavelli, and Martin Schotten.

Thank you @lidia_p for your hard work, and all the other contributors too!

Getting our hands dirty

Earlier this year, @lidia_p asked me if I wanted to contribute an entry to the Pervasive Labour Union Zine (, for an issue dedicated to the fediverse.

I wrote my contribution on the way back from FOSDEM, after @natacha and Zeyev's talk named "Organisational Processes in Decentralized Sofware".

It talks about governance of free-software projects, why it matters, why we're bad at it, what we can do to improve…

This text was also inspired by the work of #Florence/#ForkTogether contributors, such as @maloki, and proofreaded by @melunaka, so kudo to them!

Getting our hands dirty

And obviously, thanks to other contributors (past and present) of the zine, and especially @lidia_p for her dedication and hard work ❤️

Getting our hands dirty

@eliotberriot it was a pleasure, thank you so much :)

Getting our hands dirty

@eliotberriot @melunaka oh my God, thank you so much for writing this. 😍
It's so great, and thank you for mentioning us. ❤️❤️❤️

Its a great response to what we presented this winter.

It looks great and the gradient fits perfectly with my office work brower pink theme.

Any chance of a physical copy or shall I D.I.Y from the pdf?

@cmos4040 ahah I am glad to hear I hit the proverbial nail on the head with the colour scheme.

Physical copies will eventually be available, but if you are impatient the booklet pdf should already be prepared for printing!

@lidia_p This might be a dumb detail, but look the combo is just perfect.

Will read tonight/tomorrow. 📖

@lidia_p @eliotberriot – THANK YOU! for bringing together these different perspectives and approaches. Really interested in thinking/researching more about how “ … business models dictate their governance models which in turn dictate our (bad) user experience.“

And I got stuck by this:

„Syndicalised content, lyricism exposed, her plump hairy breasts tingle at the ping of your circuitry but youʼre too far away, beyond the updated terms and conditions …“ 🤩
