I'm still looking for a in Europe to join as a software developer.
Can anyone recommend one, or know of a co-op directory of sorts? Or maybe you're setting up a co-op and like an extra pair of hands to make it happen?

Boosts welcome!

@woozong we look for developers right now at https:// join.bitspossessed.org! 🤩

@adz
thanks! I'll have a look tomorrow when I'm back home from my holiday

@woozong there's a list of #coops at https://github.com/hng/tech-coops. i'm also looking for an existing co-op to join or accomplices to build one :) i do #sysadmin, located in lisbon

@zeh
Software engineer, mostly backends here. I'm in Brussels.

@cstanhope
No I hadn't, thanks for the tip. Will have a look. \m/

@woozong We're setting up a co-op at https://willowbark.org. We're mostly U.S. based, but our fiscal host and at least one member is on your side of the pond, so it's quite possible we end up doing jobs in both North America and Europe, as I said though, early days, so we're still unsure. Would love to chat if you're interested!

@sam
driving home today after the family holiday. I will have a look tomorrow and ping you to set up a chat.

@woozong
If being physically close to others is not important or always possible to you and or you want to suppliment your skills with anonymous, ego-free, development, then we can recommend the #I2P developer forums. There's also at least one I2P Gitlab, both easy to find.

If you aren't familiar with I2P its like Tor and been around for about 15 years.

The softwares they work on are mostly geared towards #networking and securing freedom.

@c
yes, I know the site. It's onbmy watchlist since a few weeks :-)
