Does anyone know of any nice texts or presentations that argue for #FLOSS as a component of #sustainability or to rectify what people used to call "the digital divide"?

So the Dutch High Court confirmed that the Dutch state needs to stick to the decision in the case to reduce CO2 emissions with 25% compared to 1990 by the end of 2020 (Paris Agreement). The original court case was in 2015 and would've given sufficient time to do so. Now with the government having stalled again and again there is little time left to reach the targets.
