open call for food zine
In the midst of our collective quarantine, I’m fighting against my lack of motivation by putting out an open call for a zine. My relationship with food/eating/cooking has changed dramatically in these weeks of physical distancing, and I want to document my experience alongside that of others. Looking for text, images, lists, recipes, for a digital zine which will be shared freely. Please share this fwd. More info here: https://zine.alicestrete.me/

Feminist Hack Meetings (on Saturday)
An informal first gathering of a series of research meetings that aim to explore the suggestions, urgencies and potentials of feminist hack & tech initiatives.
Read & Repair feat. The Bootleg Library (on Sunday)
Come and make yourself comfortable, read the books you never find time to read, browse/exchange/acquire parts from our electronics depot or use the quietness of the day to repair things that need fixing.

celebration time, my book, obnoxious joy
OMG the book is real! Time for a serious post, I guess…
First, some practical info: I'll talk about the book on the 23rd in Eindhoven during the Dutch Design Week (hopefully with a little surprise). Hope to see you there: https://www.facebook.com/events/481202395943565/?event_time_id=491450554918749
If you live in Rotterdam, you'll soon find the book at Varia and Printroom or you can directly ask me. Otherwise you can get it online here: https://www.onomatopee.net/product/entreprecariat/
I'd like to thank Freek and Josh from Onomatopee, who enthusiastically believed in this project. Geert Lovink and Raffaele Alberto Ventura for enriching the book with their sharp contributions. Federico Antonini and Alessio D'Ellena for the beautiful "managerial pulp" design. Francesco D'Abbraccio and Andrea Facchetti of Krisis, who made this happen in the very first place (l'edizione italiana è ancora disponibile BTW). There are many more people I'm grateful to, check page 6 to find out ;)
Hey! On Monday, I'll be in Coventry with Cristina Garriga. We'll discuss experimental #publishing as part of a free event from the Post-Publishing programme of the Centre for Postdigital Cultures from #Coventry uni.
Come say hi :)
