Radio Implicancies is a weekly of recorded and live matter brought to you by Piet Zwart Institute's Experimental Publishing programme. Each broadcast engaged with the way are worlding the world.

De gemeente Hoorn weigert werkelijk te luisteren naar jarenlange protesten door de , - en diaspora en laat met het handhaven van dit beeld duidelijk zien waar zij staat. Nog altijd wordt de pijn als gevolg van kolonialisme van minder groot belang geacht dan de commerciële belangen van de stad. De gemeente zet het beeld zonder blikken of blozen in als marketingtool. Het beeld van is verheerlijking van en Genocide. Als de gemeente de indoctrinatie daadwerkelijk wil vervangen voor educatie haalt zij het beeld van het plein weg en plaatst het waar het hoort: in een museum. Historisch begACint immers niet met het toevoegen van een plaquette, maar met educatie.
