@gladys yes... indeed, not quite around the corner... how is the free software and culture/music scene in the Philippines?
@320x200 Alive and well! But when I read about events in Europe and the level of discourse in other countries, I guess we are still at infancy. There are many free software users here among developers. We try as much as we can to advocate it to young people, mostly students, through the Software Freedom Day.
@320x200 As for free culture, can't say much. I've met quite few artists who are concerned about it. Wikimedia Philippines are the only group I know who's primary work is on free culture.

I always wonder what my meagre coding and musical skills would produce. Something like Cage's 4'33 would be in everyone's best interest I think...
